In the name of the Organizing Committee of the ISC-4, I have the pleasure to announce the list of papers that were reviewed and approved to be published in the proceedings of the Conference by Taylor & Francis - Balkema.

The publisher asks for receiving the WORD - or LaTex-file + a pdf or hard copy of each paper. In the ISC-4 system, we have all papers in pdf file, and then we need to receive the papers in word file.

It is an opportunity to verify if the paper is in the correct format for the event. If not, correct it and upload the final version.
